Nomy Bar & Kitchen is a community-driven bar in Launceston, designed with a bold personality and a tight budget—proving creativity beats perfection. Inspired by a cheeky, good-time vibe, I developed a space that feels effortless, unpolished, and full of energy. From the branding to the atmosphere, every detail reflects a playful yet welcoming spirit, embracing local flavours with a curated selection of Australian spirits, wines, and beers. More than just a bar, Nomy evolves with its patrons, shaping its offerings based on what the locals love - whether it’s cocktails, events, or unforgettable nights out.
